Meet Jen
Jen helps her clients find the strength and courage to challenge their complex emotions and experiences and learn ways to live happy lives.
She looks forward to helping each client resolve any problematic behaviors, beliefs, and feelings they face.
By creating a safe, comfortable, and empathic environment Jen encouraged individuals to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns openly. Using a collaborative approach and sharing evidenced-based tools clients learn new skills and techniques and develop healthier thought patterns, emotional skills and the ability to make positive changes.
She provides individual and group therapy and uses a combination of therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Jen has worked with clients who have survived human trafficking, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
Jen is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern. She received her Master of Social Work with honors from the University of Central Florida. Jen enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and going to the beach.
