Meet Olivia
Olivia believes that everyone is unique and faces different challenges. She utilizes different techniques and teachings with each of her clients so their therapy sessions are customized especially to them.
“The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul.” Carl Jung
Using a psychodynamic approach to therapy, Olivia builds a therapeutic connection with her clients by utilizing tools such as dream work and body grounding techniques to help them come into the present moment and connect to one’s deepest self. Through this self connection one can confront life’s challenges and find a deeper peace.
Olivia has spent time working within a wide range of demographics. Most recently with adolescents and families at a children’s hospital. She completed her Masters in Social Work through Boise State. Not limiting her education, she has also worked with the Jung Platform as a co host, connecting to therapists and teachers all over the world. She is also a certified 200RYT yoga teacher from Mount Madonna Center in the Santa Cruz Mountains, helping bring breathwork and meditation into sessions.
Olivia has a life filled with family time with her husband and four children. She enjoys getting out in her community, delicious food, and listening to a good audio book.
