Meet Victoria
Victoria believes that every individual brings a unique story and set of experiences to therapy.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, she views the therapeutic relationship as a vital part of the healing journey. Victoria understands how we can be hurt in relationships and recognizes that meaningful connections are often where true healing begins. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel free to express their thoughts and emotions, knowing they are truly heard and understood.
Victoria sees therapy not as a way to “fix” problems but as an opportunity to uncover strengths and foster growth. Her therapeutic style is eclectic, incorporating Solution-Focused strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Arts.
By nurturing her clients’ natural resilience, she helps them discover their authentic selves and navigate meaningful change.
Victoria is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she earned her Master of Arts Degree in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, FL. With over 17 years of diverse experience in the mental health field, Victoria has worked in acute in-patient psychiatric settings, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), private practice, in-home services, and school systems. She enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as adolescents and their parents. Her experiences allow her to tailor her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
In her off-time Victoria enjoys creating art, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
