Shannon believes every one of her clients possess the resources they need to live a happy, well-adjusted life, full of potential. Her goal is simple, to empower individuals. She provides clients the opportunity to connect to their individual resources and strengths creating long lasting change. Shannon has worked successfully with children, adolescents, couples, families and military in their change processes, resulting in emotional freedom and a better life balance.

Shannon is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California with highest honors and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. Shannon is certified in Dr. Q® Trauma Resolution Treatment, and is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Crisis management, Problem Solving Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Shannon is an outdoor enthusiast. You can find her hiking, biking, whitewater rafting and exploring nature often.
