Meet Jules
Jules provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore and work through challenges. She is empathetic but direct in her approach and is dedicated to her clients’ healing and growth.
“The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.” – Carl Rogers
Jules is committed to helping clients navigate their internal and external worlds and finding healthier and more meaningful directions. Together with her client, she explores their family history and dynamics to recognize any patterns that may exist in their current everyday life. Her approach is trauma-informed and evidence-based including mindfulness, emotion-focused, and cognitive-behavioral.
Jules has experience working with individuals (adolescents to adults), families, and groups. She has a passion for working with couples, is Gottman Level 1 Certified, and currently pursuing EFT Couples Therapy certification. She recognizes much of life is experienced through relationships and improving this key area often enhances other important aspects of clients’ lives.
She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgia State University in Atlanta. She is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern.
Jules is dedicated to her loved ones and enjoys quality time with her husband and young daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, indulging her inner foodie, and plugging into a good audiobook.
